Peace Lily

Peace lily in a stylish patterned pot on a wooden stand, perfect for adding tranquility to your home

Lightning:

Peace Lilies love low to moderate indirect light. They can tolerate low light but will produce more flowers in brighter, filtered light. Avoid direct sunlight as it can scorch their leaves.

Watering:

Keep the soil consistently moist but not soggy. Water your Peace Lily when the top inch of soil feels dry. They’re pretty forgiving if you forget to water occasionally – they’ll perk up quickly after a good drink!

Soil:

Use a well-draining, all-purpose potting mix. Adding a bit of perlite can help with drainage and keep the roots happy.

TEMPERATURE:

Peace Lilies thrive in temperatures between 65°F and 80°F (18°C to 27°C). They don’t like the cold, so keep them away from drafts and air conditioning vents.

Fun Fact:

Did you know Peace Lilies are natural air purifiers? They help remove toxins like formaldehyde and benzene from the air, making your home healthier!

Sad Plant Signs:

  • Overwatered: Yellowing leaves and droopy stems.
  • Underwatered: Wilting and brown leaf tips.
  • Too Much Light: Brown, scorched leaves.
  • Too Little Light: Lack of blooming and slow growth.
  • Drooping Leaves: May mean the plant needs water or is getting too much water.
