Money Tree

Braided Money Tree in a white pot with a light purple backdrop, perfect for indoor decor and luck

Lightning:

Money Trees thrive in bright, indirect light. They can adapt to lower light, but for the best growth, place them near a window with filtered sunlight. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent leaf scorch.

Watering:

Water your Money Tree thoroughly when the top 1-2 inches of soil are dry. Be sure to let excess water drain out to avoid root rot. During winter, you can water a bit less frequently.

Soil:

Use a well-draining potting mix, such as a blend of peat moss, perlite, and sand. A good mix prevents water from sitting around the roots, keeping them healthy and happy.Use a well-draining potting mix. A mix designed for indoor plants with added perlite or orchid bark works well.

TEMPERATURE:

Money Trees prefer temperatures between 65°F and 75°F (18°C to 24°C). Keep them away from cold drafts and sudden temperature changes, as they prefer a stable environment.

Fun Fact:

Did you know that the Money Tree is often associated with good luck and prosperity? In Feng Shui, it’s believed to bring positive energy and financial fortune to the owner!

Sad Plant Signs:

  • Yellow Leaves: Could indicate overwatering.
  • Brown Leaf Edges: Often a sign of low humidity or too much direct sunlight.
  • Drooping Leaves: May mean the plant needs water or is getting too much water.
